Responsibilities:
- Arrange a regular customer site visit
- Work closely with Operation on rotating equipment repair activities.
- Service job execution.
- Identify and develop potential and active accounts
- Able to understand market trends, costing, and competitions which will enhance chances of
securing orders. - Listening to customers’ needs and provide timely responses/recommendations
- Promotes aftermarket sales to existing and new customers by following up with their rotating
equipment maintenance schedule and needs. - Ability to work independently and prepare budgetary service quotes in a timely manner for
customer.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3 years of working experience
- Experience in pumps or other rotating equipment.
- Experience in operation on rotating equipment repair activities.
