Sales Order Executive (IT / $3K-$4K+AWS+VB) ref:JT

Salary : $3K – $4K + AWS+VB

Mon-Fri , 9am-6pm

• Responsible for supporting the Sales and Account Team on generating backend administrative tasks
• Coordinate with functional teams (ie; Pre-sales, Sourcing) to complete the Budgetary Quotation, and following up on Contracts
• To provide assistance to the Sales  Team to follow-up and complete tasks in the Tender Bidding Process.
• To understand the necessary technology and solutions requirements and relate to Customer’s Requirements
• Liaise and coordinate customer’s orders, payments and other related matters and follow up with customers on sales agreement
• Update of sales database and sales order processing

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Min. 2 years experience as Inside Sales and/or Sales Coordinator in I.T environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent logistics and coordination skills
• Candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice will be an added advantage
