Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives and the implementation of strategic business plans in line with an agreed strategy with the leadership team.
- Develop and implement Sales strategies and efficiencies.
- Oversee the development of performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company’s strategic direction for sales & account management.
- Support the implementation of sales, business development, and account management best practices across the sales team(s) in line with global standards and direction.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales reporting to the company owners.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
- Management of Operations and Procurement teams assisting with improving the accuracy of Tender pricing and estimations.
- Management of Operations and delivery teams to improve efficiencies with project handover from sales to delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess at least Degree in any field
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
