Responsibilities
- Lead and manage existing resellers’ relationships to effectively achieve predefined business targets, strengthening sales growth and market share
- Identify, initiate and collaborate with resellers on trade marketing programs which add brand value, drive volume sales and increase resellers and customers’ satisfaction
- Seek out business opportunities by identifying new prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options, for new resellers
- Source for direct business relationship with manufacturers/pawnbrokers in selected SEA countries
- Partake in regional sales support for resellers such as regional meetings and trade shows. Deliver training including trade knowledge, and launching of new products to resellers
- Monitor competitors’ activities and conduct analysis on channels, categories and sales performance to identify business opportunities
- Attend customers’ inquiries via phone or email, complaints and coordinate with engineer and customer service to resolve application and technical problems
- Participate to support marketing to generate creative marketing contents to increase brand and product awareness
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Regional sales experience in a B2B industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
