Responsibilities
- Responsible for all general inquiries.
- Build rapport with industry accounts and industry-related associations and networks
- Generate new leads through an online package on our brand website.
- Upsell of packages and conversion of sales inquiries.
- Ensure BEO are submitted to Resorts, 7 days prior to group arrival.
- Schedule calls for group coordination with the operations team prior to group arrival.
- Coordinate with clients (not limited to Corporate & Travel agents) on all group details and coordinate with the operations team at the Resort.
- Handle all roadshows requirements for the corporate team including but not limited to flyers preparation.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
