Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target for construction and build company
- Understand current product offerings and provide quality customer service to clients
- Source for new clients and assist with all potential clients queries
- Develop strategic network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
- Liaise and build close rapport with clients to maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with other managers and key employees in construction and build division to achieve organization goals
- Liaise with in-house designers to communicate clients’ concepts and requirements to ensure expectations are achieved
Requirements
- Min. diploma in building / construction / facilities related
- Min O level with 2 years of experience in sales position in the design and build industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly responsible, reliable, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to work with all levels
- Prepare to work on weekends when required
