Location: East

Responsibilities

• Sales strategy, including business plan and budgeting of target customer groups
• Overall sales quota and margin responsibility for the assigned customer accounts
• Establishing & managing key customer relationships. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, monitor their preferences and the activities of our competition
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate customer accounts. Actively communicates with management on new business development ideas.
• Negotiation of Contract and Agreements, including upkeep of same, with customers and suppliers
• Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Manage the sales processes for the customer accounts including sales forecasting, customer service, tracking of overdue invoices, loan planning and monthly reporting

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• More than 5years experience in Telecom or Data Network Industry.
• Experience in selling complex technical solutions
• Knowledge of Telecommunication or Data Networking
