Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs – Provide quotation and space planning
- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
- Site & project management from inception to handover
- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Interior/Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
