Responsibilities
- Prospect for new potential customers as well as service existing sales leads.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing of sale.
- Preparation of sales proposals and conduct sales presentation and pitches.
- Work internally across relevant department(s) to address customer’s requirements.
- Report on sales activities and keep notes on prospect and customers.
- Provide feedback on market trends.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Other duties as directed and required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Sabre and social media platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
