Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Product Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns/promotions
- Responsible for achieving sales forecast and targets
- Responsible for New Product introduction on Online Platforms
- Responsible for Online Platform Reports and KPIs for existing and new products
- Responsible for E-commerce (grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform)
- Key liaison with Online Platform Accounts such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc
- Manage operations flow such as customer service, returns and exchanges, operational issues
- Provide support for other Online activities and projects when required
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
