SALES ENGINEER($3000-$4000/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Identify & propose solutions fitting to customers’ robotic needs – Both Integrators and End-Users.
• Promote products to markets to increase brand awareness.
• Actively expand the market with new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media platform, networking, and various marketing tools.
• Attend to customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations, and follow up on orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for expanding the current customer base and meet the sales target.
• The person is liable to communicate with the customers on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
• Solving customer problem by answering their enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.

Requirements

• Diploma holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and matured with a positive attitude.
• Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.
