$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotations to customers.
- Ensure timely response via calls and emails to customers on sales quotations.
- Issue purchase requisition orders for confirmed orders.
- Set-up and maintain a standard price list for customers.
- Ensure all confirmed jobs and/or orders received official Purchase Orders from customers.
- Coordinate with operations on daily deliveries to customers.
- Coordinate with operations on outstanding jobs and/or orders and update customers and/or sales managers on their status.
- Prepare sales related reports for the management weekly and/or as requested by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest to work in sales department welcome to apply. Relevant work experience in engineering companies will be an advantage
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player
