Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am to 12 noon
Transport: Company bus to and fro near Clementi MRT station
Responsibilities
- Responsible for quote and order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
- Follow up quotation with customer and processes customer orders and coordinate between Sales and Production
- Issue material requisition form and coordinate documentation for shipment
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- Consolidation monthly sales report
Requirements
- NTC equivalent & above
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in marine, engineering, O&G industry sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
