Location: West
Responsibilities
- Answering of telephone calls
- Attending to walk-in customers
- Provide general administrative and sales support
- Issue sales quotations, delivery orders and generate invoices
- Arrangement the deliveries and pick-up of confirmed sales orders
- Updating records and documentations
- Data entry and proper filing of documents
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
- Self-Motivated and Independent
- Able to multi-task and detail-oriented
