Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent retail experience to customers by displaying good product knowledge being an ambassador for the brands.
- Establish rapport with customers by showing understanding of their brief and providing sound advice in product proposals
- Respond to queries and generate and quotations in a timely manner
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Maintain a high level of clientele satisfaction with prompt, professional service.
- Maintain an impeccable standard of housekeeping in the showroom at all times
- Schedule delivery and manage any post-sales customer queries or feedback
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Architecture/Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in furniture, fashion or luxury products
- Passion for design
- Outgoing personality, meticulous and organized
