Responsibilities
- Drive revenue for our company — from prospecting customers to closing customers for our world-class marketplace solutions
- For the right candidate, you should be able to design, create and run a tight well-designed sales process.
- Maintaining the relationship with customer leaders
- Build positive relationships throughout the ecosystem
- Work with Digital Marketing Team closely to solve customer issues and suggest enhancements to the product & service
- Achieve and even exceed, agreed to sales targets
- Work closely with the Founder and Digital Marketing Team to collate future customer needs, problems, interests, competitive landscape, and potential for new features/solutions
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience — preferably selling business solutions to “traditional” industries — Retail, F&B, Logistics etc.
- Proven track record of success in generating revenue
- Background in digital marketing or e-commerce, familiar with latest social media channels and/or services sales also a huge plus
- Be driven to be a sales rock star — strongly motivated by commissions (bringing in revenue), and also in delighting the customer
