Responsibilities
- Plan marketing and branding objectives for all assigned products.
- Conduct product trainings to sales team.
- Manages the day to day marketing activities of the products and long term marketing strategy for the company.
- Developing and implementing strategic and tactical, launch/ promotional plan.
- Engaging in market research for product feedbacks and meetings.
- Manage the logistics of marketing-related activities such as congresses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Ensuring sales team is delivering desired results.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Corp Communication and/or equivalent.
- Min. 8 years experience in Pharmaceuticals industry
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
