Responsibilities
- Support sales team on customer enquires
- Generate sales quotations and issue sales order and work order as per customer’s order and requirements
- Follow up closely on service maintenance quote and customer’s feedback
- Work closely with operation to ensure jobs have been completed as per customer’s timeline
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for maintaining long-term relationships
- Ensure all data are timely updated and maintained properly in the system
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
