5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Process sales order enquiries and confirmations; issue quotations
- Coordinate and Communicate order status & delivery schedules with customers
- Process necessary documentation to facilitate sales & service
- Create sales and follow up on existing/prospect for business
- Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- No sales quota – Support Function only
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- At least 3years or more sales coordination experience in marine & offshore / oil & gas / energy industry
- Positive attitude and strong Communication skill
