5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Manager for corporate clients.
- Ensure timely, creation of quotes for professional submission of all information as requested by clients, ensure follow-up.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing customers through regular contact.
- Prepare & generate sales reports on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Assist in preparing Sales Orders and other internal documents as required.
- To match customer PO and sales information provided.
- Handling day-to-day paperwork and liaising with collaborated departments, e.g. warehouse.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 1-year experience in corporate sales with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury or cosmetic industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
