Responsibilities
- Responsible to engage and build relationships with customers and conduct products/solutions/services presentation
- Understand customers’ requirements with clear documentation skills and coordinate resources internally to support customers’ requests
- Liaise with customers in matters relating to projects, payment, renewal and events/training
- Work with relevant teams to address customers’ requests and identify customers’ priorities
- Responsible for achieving business and sales objective and build rapport to drive sales closure
- Hunt for new business within the Enterprise space and handle account management matters
Requirements
- Min. Degree in IT / Computer Sience related
- Min 1-2 years experience in Technical ICT Solutions Sales / Telco Industry experience preferred (for Sales Executive)
- Min 3-5 years in managing sales accounts before in private sector space (Sales Account Manager)
- Self-directed to plan sales activities and account planning with customers
- Possess excellent communication skill
