RMA & Customer Experience Manager ( $5000-$8000/AWS/VB )

$8K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central



  • Formulate Customer Service & RMA Repair Services process, suitable management reporting metrics and performance management (KPIs).
  • Ability to create framework / processes and help to execute the organization’s strategic plan
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organization to bring about optimal service for the benefits of customers/stakeholders
  • team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.
  • Overseeing compliance with regulations
  • Develop synergy between both countries resources and reduce process/talents gaps
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or any relevant course of studies
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Customer Service & Operations role, having led the function for a minimum of 2-3 years.
  • You should have successfully scaled and led a high functioning CS & RMA team for a dynamic start-up
  • A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
