Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Work closely with subsidiaries office for oversight and development of all seeding projects
- Conduct Sweet Spot Analysis (Attractiveness v/s ability to compete) & translate the analysis into Market Segmentation, Selection and Strategy for categories concerned
- Track industry trends and identify gaps in the marketplace and translate them into business opportunities
- Conduct monthly business review and planning with key customers and principals
- Joint development and oversight of execution of marketing strategies to uphold brand image and expected standards
- Strong relationship to be built with the Principals and in-house staff to ensure operational requirements are met
- Monthly monitoring of subsidiaries performance including sales, marketing spend, product off take, marketing effectiveness, execution of promotions etc
- Frequent travel to markets concerned to oversee progress of seeding initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain/Sales/Business Development/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business development/sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
