Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist in managing the daily operations from execution plan, utilization management, knowledge management and communications)
- Ensure team actively engage assigned customers in business + performance reviews
- Monitoring and interfering OTP KPI, including tracking of overall improvement goals and outcomes
- Responsible for analysing, mapping and documenting the current and future requirements and processes, as part of a defined standardization framework and alignment across the region
- Identify opportunities to improve the operations, proactively reinforce and iterate on our processes and create standardized business processes that result in increase of performance and provide negotiation of difficult matters to drive outcomes
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and development.
- Optimize data/data flows and operational reporting
- Well verse with overall APAC market updates and call out to customer with mitigation plan
Requirements
- Min diploma in supply chain
- Min 2 -3 years proven track record leading operating and managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to synthesize crucial information to deliver to key stakeholders.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and create process improvement through standardization and policies.
