- Salary range : $3K – $3500
- Handling of phone calls / courier services and attending to walk in
- Handle general enquiry and taking messages
- Responsible for company events quarterly and annual organisation
- Arranging courier/ receive documents and packages
- Provide admin support to CEO ie travel arrangement
- Ensure front office is clean and neat
Requirements
- Min. diploma with min 2 years experience in receptionist / events coordinating
- Presentable with excellent communication skill and customer service
- Ability to lead event coordination and coordinate with venue vendors etc
- Organised and ability to multi task
- Attach the recent photo
