Location: East
Responsibilities
- Assists in all costs and contractual issues in Contracts connected to the projects.
- Reviews tender documents / requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements
- Responsible for the details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurements for all projects.
- Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications
- To call customer for awarded projects from project information/Gebiz to participate in their ongoing and also tender
projects. - Preparation of progress claim submission, VO submissions & Final Account.
- Maintaining good documentation and get complete information for cost control/progress claims/ variation claim.
- Attend the technical meetings to get complete information for pre and post projects.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building /Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer Proficiency, Microsoft office, AutoCAD and power point.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
