Responsibilities
- Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.
- Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc.
- Communicate with developers, architects, designers & contractors about design goals and discuss new design
- Create functional, safe, and aesthetically spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement and decorative items relevant blueprint, building code and inspection requirements.
- Create detailed drawings of the structure, ensuring the build is up to the GREEN codes and design and supervision of the construction of buildings.
- Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD and 3D drawings with Revit Architecture Modelling.
- BIM being applied to the design of the inside of the building-the finishes, the fixtures, the area requirements, the material schedules.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- University graduate or above, Major: Architecture, Civil Engineering or related, has theoretical and practical knowledge of building materials and construction, interior design and decoration, cost decoration etc.
- Possess a wealth of human resource management capabilities.
- Highest level of AutoCAD skill is preferred.
- Hardworking and good attitude in learning.
