Responsibilities
- Weekly monitoring of iBigdata FCR treads for APAC quality reports;
- Analysis of product model quality defects;
- Work with various PDs for those product models that exceed FCR defects and seek solutions to address the issue
- Weekly monitoring of TSP complain system for those epidemics, DOA, and quality cases;
- Seek PD solution to resolve TSP complaints cases within 30 days;
- Ensure compensation is made to affected BUs from PD;
- Quarterly APAC OBM factory quality audit and inspection;
- Prepare APAC quality report and work with various PD quality personnel to drive improvement projects;
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Agile Methodology in project management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
