QUALITY MANAGER ($7000/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$7k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Maintain and issue the quality KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis (in lines rejects, final inspection rejects, customers’ returns, and claims).
• Track nonconformities during production and during final inspection. Analysis of the types of nonconformities and communicating the info to other departments on a weekly basis.
• Make sure that nonconformities are studied and analyzed in order to identify the root causes. Lead and drive other departments while building the corrective action plan.
• Coordinate the actions of the different departments and make sure they are doing their part of the plan. Measure and communicate the results till the case is closed: assess / plan/act/measure.
• Work with the Production Manager to enforce and maintain quality control during the process.
• Conduct in-line inspections on a regular basis.
• Work with Sales to investigate and evaluate customer concerns regarding quality. Set up corrective action plans when needed.
• Understand customers’ expectations of product quality and work with the Technical team to develop product specifications/criteria.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management
• Problem-solving skills
