Responsibilities
- Vendor Management to review and manage submission of CAPA system by vendors to ensure timeliness and effectiveness
- To compile and generate KPI and Scorecards for vendors
- Preparation and monitoring of cargo claims settlement
- Perform quality audits and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure quality is maintained
- To conduct review and regular updates on regulatory compliance and certification
- Inspect warehouse condition and cleanliness and functionality of security system and equipment
- Ensure all security measures and procedures are adhered to
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as QC
- Experienced in setting up and organizing video conference and virtual audits will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel
