Responsibilities
- Accountable for the pre-tender and post Tender documentation
- Strong understanding about the measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing and cost control.
- Able to apply and understand value engineering.
- Analyze and compare quotations of various trade elements
- Able to lead and manage the QS team and resources to meet deadlines.
- Generation and submission of quotations to clients.
- Resourceful in sourcing of quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
- Able to assess and know the preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, final accounts consolidation.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Interior Design experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
