Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain and implement the Project Quality Plan
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on QAQC matters
- Plan, organize and implement all project QAQC activities
- Conduct material inspections and monitor delivery
- Conduct site inspections for all ongoing construction activities and monitor quality of work
- Conduct necessary training / meeting to project team on quality assurance, inspections and tests related issues
- Ensure the works performed is in accordance to project specification/contract requirement / approved construction drawings
- Study on site mock up installation and develop quality standards for acceptance
- Review BIM design for non-conformance relating to codes and standards and other requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- M&E discipline
- Maintain project documentation in accordance to QMS requirements
- Raise report of any non-conformances observed for further action
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvement
- Plan and conduct tests and inspections to achieved required QMS requirements
