Responsibilities:
Understand the needs and market trends
Build relationship with clients and teams to drive testing delivery excellence
Lead quality improvement through metrics, trends and root cause analysis
Provide technical leadership on innovations
Service delivery and test managers
Build capabilities through certifications, training, R&D and recruitment
Deliver KFI (Key Financial Indicators such as revenue & gross margin) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma qualified with consulting industry experience
5 years of experience as Lead
Implementation & process innovation
Leadership in service delivery and test managers
