Location: Aljunied/ Ubi

Responsibilities

• Ensure full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers, vendors and contractors on matters related to purchasing and supplies
• Coordinate with customers and process customers’ orders & shipments
• Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements
• Source and liaise with new or current supplier in purchasing operation with proper evaluation process
• Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoring and replenishment, delivery in order to fulfill requisition of the respective staff, and job sites
• Carry out entry and verification exercise on supplier invoice against purchase order and submit to finance department timely
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department according to ISO standard and guidelines

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• 1 – 2 years similar experience in sales coordinating in a similar industry
• Meticulous with negotiation skills
• Good communication skill
