Location: West
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the project team on material specification.
- Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
- Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
- Arrange timely delivery of material.
- Manage material/inventory level at sites and ensure the target level is met but not overstock.
- Manage the Company’s material, assets and equipment/machinery rental at sites and ensure within budget.
- Perform cost analysis and generate reports.
- Meet subcontractors and suppliers onsite as necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Purchasing & Materials Management or relevant field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Preferably 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics Navision System.
- A good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
