Location: East
Responsibilities
- Check and ensure that all purchase requisitions and purchase orders/documents issued adhere to the guidelines as specified in the company’s purchasing and financial policies.
- Assist in checking and approving Purchase Orders
- Disseminate pharmaceuticals related information received from vendors to frontline colleagues.
- Assist in ensuring that company’s procedures for product recall are adhered to.
- Assist to review regularly and implement departmental work processes and procedures for compliance to the organisation’s quality management policies and standards.
- Assist to review and take the appropriate actions to ensure that the department’s KPIs are met.
- Explore new alternative sources of supplies and complete product evaluation and cost comparison.
- Perform annual vendor performance evaluation and develop long-term business relationships with vendors to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Computer skill – Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
