Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing and selecting suppliers at the best costs, quality and service
- Direct materials for jobs/projects onboard or workshop operations Services for facilities maintenance, sub-contracting jobs for workshop or onboard
- Responsible for negotiation and planning of delivery schedule in all Purchasing matters.
- Negotiate for Term Contract / Agreement at a fixed price.
- Administrative work, matching of invoice, PO, D/O and uploading in Share Folder for processing
- Cost control, purchased part inventory control, and negotiate for cost saving
- Management of Purchase Order Processes accordance to ISO90001
Requirements
- At least Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Purchasing or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of related working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry is a plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP
- Analytical, planning, execution and problem-solving skills
