PROPERTY MANAGER ($4500-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of escalation for operational emergencies and work continuously with Incident Reporting and involving the Security Manager in all occasions required.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to address any repairs, upgrades, or improvements promptly
• Manage the process of move-in, move-out, onboarding, and off boarding.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
• Understand property management and plan the scope of work ahead of time to ensure the highest possible standards of maintenance and upkeep of our units/bedrooms within our product.
• Identify better efficiencies with existing processes to help optimise labour time/cost ratio
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Freshdesk, PMS / helpdesk systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
