- In-charge of facilities management matters for campus / commercial buildings
- Overall maintenance of the buildings
- Conduct inspection works for the building
- Analyse and report of fault or breakdown
- Prepare of facility report
- Oversee the daily operations & attend management meetings
- Involving in administrative matters and control of the property / building matters
- Perform routine building maintenance work
- Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, common property
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building / Facilities / M&E
- With 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
- Manage of campus / commercial buildings
- Various openings
