Salary Range: $2500+AWS+VB+Allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri , normal office hours

Responsibility

Responsible for Monitor, bill, track and terminate desktops/laptops leased from PC Bulk Tender.
To Secure Handling of Secure Email Desktops/laptops & resolve the issues
Provide/product technical support for Tablet, Technology Refresh, General Onsite Support and Project and Admin.
Handle customers’ technical enquires & conduct trouble shooting based on customers’ feedback
Assist Administrative Support for WOG and Agency Tenant Facility Management Services
Managed/Assist on IT Asset Management & IT Account Management.

Requirements

Diploma in “O” Level / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Understanding and providing the Non-Commercial Project is a mandatory
Good oral and written communication skills
