Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To support the project manager/ account manager in the quotations and sales support for projects
- Prepare project schedules and tenders
- Preparation of project related submissions for existing and potential projects
- Liaise and coordinate customer’s orders, payments and other related matters
- Processing orders with the use of company in house system
- Maintaining good working relationship with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Assist in general administrative duties
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in any field
- Min. 1-2 years of project tendering related experience (administrative and documentation)
- Familiar with MS office applications
