Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop the Project Charter, Project Management Master Plan, Change Management Plan, governance framework, standards, structures as well as standard templates and toolkits to assist our client in project planning, execution and drive the successful completion of projects.
- Identify and setting project deliverables, dependencies, milestones, required activities and prioritisation of tasks.
- Establish the project management disciplines, processes, methodologies, tools, communication protocol and reporting procedures for projects undertaken by various departments within our client’s organisation.
- Support and facilitate requirements gathering, client interviews and workshops.
- Assist in project capital ROI and Payback Analysis.
- Coach and mentor client’s project managers and share knowledge of best practices.
- Provide implementation review, and further change recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare the business for post-Go Live organisational readiness.
Requirements
- Degree in project management qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
