PROJECT MANAGER ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Manage the profit and loss of the project;
• Plan for site mobilization and work sequential execution;
• Prepare work schedules and master programs;
• Ensure that progress and other reports are put up in a timely manner as required;
• Monitor project cost budgets and ensure that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc;
• Ensure project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift
  resolution of any quality and work schedule issues;
• Ensure that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner with the Drafting Department;
• Attend/Chair project meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and
  other parties;

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
