Location: North
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with the overall organizational objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices in construction management.
- Manage the financial performance of the construction segments, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to provide a high level of service and support to the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of projects, including cost savings, service delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
- Support business functions such as real estate development, construction, essential services and R&D.
- Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in production /manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
