Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assisting sales/account team on events and exhibition projects.
- Project Management, Planning & Sourcing
- Communicate closely with the sales/account team on the progress of the project and must be able to provide solutions when facing project-related issues.
- Handling clients’ requests on project matters and corresponding effectively with international clients.
- Highly independent and able to work and coordinate independently when managing projects on site or overseas projects.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and clients to update on the progress of the project.
- Be part of the work group on the tender submissions and/or develop winning proposals to external parties Excel
- Compliance to authority requirements, e.g.: Work, Health and Safety Act, FSSD, BCA, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Ai, photoshop and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
