5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external parties on project details
- Assist Project Manager and Production Manager in performing project management work
- Provide necessary administrational support to the project team
- Coordinate and manage project with supplier on the requirements, from purchasing to delivering
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare payment voucher for overseas shipment
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
