Location: East
Responsibilities
- Set realistic schedules at the beginning of each project and monitor progress for on-time completion.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with team.
- Assist in checking on available resources (production and sub-con teams) and assign scope of work accordingly.
- Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Understand the design & concept of ID drawings.
- Assist in compiling and checking drawings for mall submission according to submission requirements.
- Attends project coordination, technical, inspections or site meetings.
- Support team with technical and construction solutions or make decisions on unresolved issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess at least Degree in any field
- Strategic thinking and self-initiation
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
