PROJECT ENGINEER (BMS) ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: SA

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS)
• Have strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS system
• Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision
• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize , and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design
• Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design and plan out shop drawing and submission of documentation and supervision

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of PLC programming ( preferably Siemens PLC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
