5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Project Director
- Coordinate and supervise project work on various site.
- Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation.
- Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants and suppliers on all project related matter.
- Liaising with sub-contractors and specialist contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
- Prepare, review and submit all detailed drawings, cutting plan, programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal and/or risk assessment proposals.
- Prepare cost estimation and budgeting of tender & project
Requirements
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English (Due to Chinese-speaking clients)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Able to independently prepare drawings and related plans for submission for approval.
