PROJECT COORDINATOR ($5000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: KE

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity.
• Proactively identify risks to the services provided and work with the customer to mitigate those risks.
• Proactively manage any ‘out of scope’ variations to services and liaise with the customer (in conjunction with the Account Manager) on how these are to be handled.
• Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including month or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that regular reviews of the services provided are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer.
• Proactively manage and negotiate Deliverables with the customer.
• Produce and deliver standard and ad/hoc reports, discuss Project Delivery, manage issues, discuss charges / scope adjustment with the customer in a timely fashion.
• Work with customer counterparts across the organisation to ensure effective execution of business strategies and goal alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or ICT area OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and/or other project planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
